Dear Robert & Bobby:

WOW…Amazing…Wonderful…Thank You!...Although inadequate, ALL of these apply to the workmanship provided by your staff in renovating our first floor (office, family room, dining room and kitchen). It is truly a rarity these days to find a group of people who work so well together, and with their clients, to produce what can only be described as art.

In a time when it seems people perform the bare minimum stated in a contract, Robert & Sons proves to be the exception. In fact the written contract barely represents what Robert & Sons really provide. Potential clients have no idea what they are really purchasing when they hire you for their project: The value of your services far exceeds the dollar figure. How refreshing to have so many working for you who care about what they do, and take pride in their work, and ENJOY their work. Every day your staff was here they were singing and laughing AND working! Bobby and Alex and all the rest are true artisans; their attention to subtle details --typically omitted by others-- reflects the depth of their craft.

We were thrilled with the way you coordinated all the disciplines (plumbers, HVAC, electricians, painters, and carpenters) to quickly and efficiently accomplish our comprehensive renovation. Although everything happened in record time (NO-ONE believes us when we tell them it took less than five weeks!), nothing was considered complete until it passed inspection by you or your foremen, whose scrutiny was tougher than ours! Your ability to bring into reality the design for our kitchen, and the detail and advice you provided in doing so was beyond anything we had heard of or experienced before. The paint, hardwood floors, cabinetry, custom-built island and everything else are phenomenal!

We have a new home thanks to Robert & Sons! All future projects in our house are yours! We would be honored to be added to your list of satisfied customers (another inadequate phrase!).
